It’s really easy to join! Simply head over to DoDays, our online booking system, and follow the on-screen instructions. We’ll ask you for your contact details, and you’ll need to agree to our terms & conditions and provide payment information also.

When you join, you will be asked to create a DoDays account (if you don’t have one already). When you do this, you will need to provide your name as the account holder.

When signing up to a PaddlePod Premium membership, you will be asked to name a participant. Here, you can either put your name or your child’s. The important thing to remember is that you should only add ONE participant at this point - should you add two or more, you will be signing up to two or more memberships and, as a result, your monthly payments will increase.

It sure does! You'll receive an email from us within a few days of joining. This email will contain codes that you can use to book sessions, and information on how you can use your PaddlePod Premium membership in-store.

Unlimited open swim sessions

Within 7 days of joining, you will receive an email from us which will contain a discount code that you can use when booking open swim sessions online. When you then come to book, you simply enter this code and voila… any charges will be removed.

Please note that you will need to book a space for each family member who will be attending the session.

10% off other PaddlePod swim sessions, sensory room sessions

You will also receive a 10% discount code that you can use when booking any other PaddlePod sessions online. 

10% off parties

Interested in hosting your next party with us? Email party@paddlepod.co.uk and they will be able to check availability and discuss the various packages with you. The team will then send you a link to complete your booking via DoDays. The code mentioned above can then be used to give you your 10% discount.

Unlimited play sessions

To take advantage of your unlimited play sessions, you will need to log in to your DoDays account and show a PaddlePod staff member that you have an active membership.

To do this:

1. Go to www.dodays.co.uk/dashboard (if you are using a mobile device, we recommend saving this to your home screen)
2. Log in using the email address and password that you used when creating your DoDays account
3. Scroll down to the bottom of your screen and you will be the ‘Schedule’ section
4. From here, you will see ‘PADDLEPOD PREMIUM’ (please note that if this is not visible on your dashboard screen, you will need to click on ‘See All’

10% off in PaddlePod shops or cafes

You can also use the process detailed above to claim your 10% discount in our shops or cafe

Yes. If, for example, your partner is bringing the kids to play and they want to take advantage of your PaddlePod Premium membership, you’ll simply need to grant them access to your DoDays account.

On joining PaddlePod Premium, you will have a 14-day cooling off period during which time you may cancel your membership provided that you have not accessed any of the benefits.

Thereafter, you may cancel your membership at any time by giving us 28 days notice. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and we require seven days notice before your next payment is taken.
